"Food was appropriate, but cold, as was the coffee. Also, the ice machines broken so we had to wait a while to get any. The staff was very friendly and helpful though."

Opened all the doors and windows but it was too cold to leave them open. There was someone’s clothes under the sofa bed, so clearly that hadn’t been cleaned.
