"The Internet was slow and the bathroom was dirty. The heat and air didn't work. The toilet leaked and didn't flush. I feel like a refund or compensation is appreciate. I paid good money. Also the staff didn't know what they were doing. I had to go down 4 times to give info and my debit card. "

"The room was clean. The area around the pool was chaos with office chairs and such. Once when walking by the desk staff were talking about personal stuff using the f word. Overall this place is great and I would return. Breakfast is great and the breakfast staff were super on top of it. I only noticed the two things while I was there and I think desk staff could level up their professionalism and check on pool more frequently. "

"There were some issues with the shower faucet because it wouldn't stay at the temperature. The handle would fall down. The water pressure was pretty bad. The faucet also had a constant drip. The breakfast was okay.The pool was nice for kids."

"Checked in around 11p on 3/21/26 - front desk person was extremely friendly/nice, informative, processed check-in swiftly, and offered a chocolate cookie - breakfast was surprisingly very good - rooms very clean - will definitely stay here again!"
