"Clean room and staff was great"

"Decent value hotel if you want to stay near Seoul Station or Namdaemon Markets. Local area is very quiet on a weekend. Room was spacious and clean. Unique arrangement where this hotel takes floors of the Ramada so you don’t have access to the usual hotel experience ie lobby reception, restaurant, etc, but this was fine for us."

"The safe wasn’t working in our room and the receptionist took time to sort it out for us over a couple of visits. The hotel was nice and quiet and well positioned for an easy 25 minute walk to Insadong and even closer to the big department store. My only comment is that after staying in 7 hotels across Korea this was the only one without a shoehorn!"

"The place is very interesting. At first I was a bit skeptic but I ended up loving it. The young male staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was very spacious. The location is very strategic and well-located to catch airport bus. The sharing kitchen is an amazing facility. During my stay, most of regular people who used the shared facilities were people who speak Koreans, so you may feels a bit lost in translation. But other than that, all is wonderful. Definitely will come again."

"This is an outstanding hotel in an idyllic location in Seoul. The amenities are phenomenal, and we greatly enjoyed the restaurants and lounge. We had easy access (15 minute walk) to our arranged tours of the city and DMZ zone. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"The room was exactly as described in the pictures, very modern with traditional Korean touches, which I really appreciated as a first timer to Seoul. We had a private level with elevator access, heated floors, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and when we had a few questions about navigating through the city, food recommendations and how to use certain amenities in the room that us Americans don't usually have in the US. Super thankful and appreciative of the staff!"

"Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was fantastic, so I was sad it was only for one night. Location is right in Myeongdong, so easily walkable to all the shops and food stalls of that area. Close to both Seoul Station and City Hall metro station, so easy access to the airport. Will definitely stay here again."

"Perfect location to get to everywhere. A big market in a walking distance. Close to the main attractions— Myungdong and Kwanghwamoon plaza. Very safe to walk around. Kitchen and laundry machine were small but met our needs. Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were highly responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend travelers who want to explore downtown Korea. "
