"We spent four nights here on tourism and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite nice As for the room it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast service was so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a trip. On the day of arrival a guy welcomed us with big smile on his face he was so nice and decent."

Rooms were large (by Paris standards) with easy access to tap and still water, a great bed + pillows and a fabulous shower. We felt really well cared for the whole time we were there (5 nights). "Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable experience between me and my girlfriend. The French was rude and didn’t like the English ! Little fogs don’t stop at the Pullman hotel again !!!!!! Unless your a millionaire and a walk over"
