"I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Prior to arrival, I never received any email or communication explaining the check-in process or informing me that additional information was required. On the day of arrival, I happened to notice a message through Expedia asking me to provide my phone number, estimated arrival time, and other details in advance. I responded only a few hours before check-in, but never received a reply. The property states that check-in is available from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM. During those hours, I repeatedly tried calling the property for several hours without success. No one answered the phone, and there was no way to reach anyone for assistance. I was traveling with my mother and my son, and the lack of communication left us in a very stressful situation. I contacted Expedia and requested a refund so that I could book alternative accommodations. The Expedia agent also attempted to contact the property multiple times but was unable to reach anyone. To make matters worse, I have still not received any explanation, apology, or refund from the property. Reliable communication is one of the most basic expectations when booking accommodations. Unfortunately, this property failed completely in that regard, and I cannot recommend staying here."
