"Wellness is a very nice place to stay, very comfortable, amazing pool and nice staff. The food is great, and there are many activities for children. The Jr suite room is big and comfy. The only room for improvement is the shower, difficult to set up the temperature, But this is very minor issue. "

"The hotel was excellent! The room, the pool, the food, everything was great! BUT somehow they messed up our reservation, not sure if that was hotels.com or the hotel itself and they gave us the wrong room. I had booked a suite and they said we booked a single apartment. So we had to pay extra to get the room that we originally booked and that was very disappointing!"

"Clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff, easy access to the beach and the water park, lots of activities which we could get.from the kids club. Good variety of food albeit some of.the other guests thought that piling their plate to look like mount everest was the way forward!!! "

"This hotel has once upon a time been fantastic and have the potential to be so again but right now it is in a very poor state. We hade to change room 3 times in 2 daqys because of broken shower and excessive black mold, we also killed more cockroaches then you expect in a hotel at this pricerange . The wifi in the rooms was next to non existant but worked fine in the restaurant and bar. The restaurant was closed in the evening and the brekfast was " not fantastic""
