"Had a good stay. Found casino a bit boring, they’ve taken out some of our favourite slots. Had an average but very expensive meal at the Gordon Ramsay steak restaurant. Having Starbucks in hotel very convenient. "

"The family room was perfect for our family of 4. It gave my husband and I some space from the kids and each of them had their own bed. The views from the giant windows were amazing. Even though the clouds hid the mountains from us, the cityscape and lit up trees and fountain on the hotel property were lovely. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The rooms are great. Whenever I have an option for a kitchenette in my room, I go for that. I always love a suite feel and this place has that covered! Unfortunately one of the elevators was down, which made going up and down from my 17th floor suite a bit frustrating. They closed the steam room and sauna randomly on our second day which was also unfortunate. I know elevators and steam/sauna amenities are out of their control, but was still unfortunate for us. The staff customer service skills at the front desk were not the greatest. I understand stressful situations can make things difficult, but providing kinds customer service at your first point of contact with the customers should still be the most important."
