"Ideal location for a visit to Juhu Beach area. Staff were fantastic, so friendly. Hotel inside was spotless. Breakfast had a good variety of food both hot and cold. Nice pool to relax away from the madness of Juhu. Nice big room with a view of the beach. Allan and Dwayne never let our glasses run dry by the pool. Airport transfer service was 1st class. All in all, probably the best hotel in the area."

"From start to finish what a service. All the staff members are so helpful and courteous. The hotel has few issues but that’s all forgotten by exceptional service. "

"Rooms were terrible and very badly maintained. TV did not work properly, shower head was rusted and sent water in all directions, room not cleaned properly, toilet not cleaned properly and it was smelling of piss, lights and ac remote was 3 decades old. Food was ok but not up to a 5 star mark. Staff were ok and not service oriented. I would not stay at this property and would look elsewhere. "

"From the moment of entering the hotel the customer service was above and beyong. I went to my room and was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpfull. Hotel is within walking minutes to the beach and so many food/shopping places close by. I can't wait to come back and stay here again."
