"Incredibly warm and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. On site restaurant was delicious with an extensive menu. Centrally located and easy walk to most things Centro. Most tour pick up and drop offs that we booked were within a few blocks of the hotel. It's noisy outside but where we stayed you could barely hear the nightly celebrations ans festivities. Highly recommend "

"Excellent balance between price and benefits, it has a great location about six blocks from the cathedral and about two blocks from the market. The staff is very nice and polite, I loved the pool. They have limited parking space within the hotel premises but if you pay a little extra they offer parking space around the corner ($140 which is roughly $7 usd for 2 nights), it is also pet friendly it costs $150 per day which is aroun $7.5 usd. Althought it is not sound proof and the rooms are very plain I think for the cost it is worth it, I would definitely recommend it and will use it again in the future."

"The location of the hotel is the #1 reason to stay, walking distance to anywhere, you don’t need a rental car to visit main places in downtown. Tours pick u up from the hotel! The staff is the star 🌟 of the hotel, everyone was helpful, attentive and friendly! The shower need some improvement and the room needs some renovation, like the closet. Beds are nicely firm 👍 I really enjoyed my time in Oaxaca City! It is so beautiful 💕"
