"The place was perfect! The space was big, the bed was big and the toilet was big! We felt really comfortable and made the mistake of staying inside for far too long when Kumamoto has so much to offer. It was also walkable to the castle and the shopping arcade. There was even a massage chair in our room! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay in other Daiwa hotels in our future stay."

"This is the Sotetsu Inn you should choose when visiting Kumamoto. Note that it is bigger than the typical Sotetsu inns in the Tokyo area so you get a more spacious quiet and comfortable room. Location is perfect as you are right next to the shopping arcade. "

"Almost perfect. Staffs are not good in english but very engaging. We can communicate with google translate very well. Onsen is amazing. Room is huge with two sinks in the bath and seperate room from the toilet. Two little things that could get better is the place of towel and onsen clothes are somehow in the draw under the television. Which I found it weird. Also the tap in the sink is other way round which you press downward for water and close upwards."

"The hotel is directly connected to Kumamoto Station, making travel very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed, with a relaxing bath area. The public bath was spacious and a great way to unwind. Staff were polite and professional. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again."

"We stayed on the 11th Floor and the room looks like newly renovated. Spacious and very clean. We could access the beverage section on the 4th Floor which provides coffee, tea, wine and cup noodles too😊. Will stay again when we visit Kumamoto next time!!"

"This was our favorite apartment accomodation in Japan. Very comfortable and enough space for 2 and in a great location. We could walk to the station and to the city center and castle. The small kitchen was fine for making a small breakfast and coffee. And we really appreciated the wash machine and drying rack! Check in worked exactly as described. Highly recommended!"

"Roughly a 15minutes walk to Kumamoto station. The area around the hotel is generally quiet. Ample of parking space for those driving. Hotel room is clean and staffs are friendly"
