The second room was very clean, no problems there. The beds were not the greatest but got us through for two nights. Staff was very friendly and loved dogs!"

"It's an old Hotel, well kept but to me doesn't meet today's standards. Nice bathroom, OK bed. I did not like the area, lots of homeless and buildings that are not occupied. Did not venture to go for a walk anywhere. In general it looks like Louisville is going downhill. Churchill Downs experience was excellent. No simple breakfast, only expensive at the Hotel Lobby."
