"Overall the property is dirty. The elevator feels like it will break any second. The staff with the exception of the breakfast staff were unresponsive. I asked the desk 3 times in 4 days to fix the light in the bathroom, it’s still dark in there. It needs a complete renovation and new staff. Stay somewhere else."

"Many of the items in the menu have broken machines were cold, there was no juice of any type of available. We have one of our pillowcases taken off of our personal pillow, and the staff could not locate it after two days. "

"I requested in advance, for a quiet room as I am a light sleeper. They allocated me to a room facing the road on the second floor which I could hear quite clearly. When I asked if they could move me they said they would the following day. When I spoke to them the next morning they offered me a room right next to the elevator. They also knew about the noisy house on the the street facing my room which started blaring music out at around 1am until around 4am! Breakfast was very basic with no real healthy options available. "
