The room itself was perfect for our group, the only complaint is that there was very limited supplies in the kitchen making it very hard to prepare meals there. "All the staff were most helpful and very friendly. Our concierge Octavio Mora was most helpful in everything, from changing our room to a ground level, to securing a motorized scooter, to helping with friends coming for a day pass, to helping print out boarding passes when we were ready to fly home, and everything else we needed or wanted. We give him a 10+ rating. He went above and beyond doing whatever he could to make us enjoy our 10 days there. We were with our grandchildren and great-grandchildren (ages 2 and 4) and will definitely be back!! Thank you Marival Emotions!"
