"Pros and Cons for staying for a Disney trip Pros: Good breakfast. Stayed in the family room with the bunk beds which was great for the kids to have their own space. Not a bad walk to Disney. Beds were decent Cons: Paper thin walls. Our pillows were not great, very flat. The design of our particular room was questionable, the main bed was right next to the wall in the hallway, with the bathroom splitting the room from the bunk bed area. There is a parking fee. Overall: I would stay here again if I wasn't able to get a hotel across the street. I believe this beats a majority of the hotels within the city block."

"The room was clean and cozy, which made for a comfortable stay. However, there were several issues that brought the overall experience down. The bar was out of many basic ingredients, so drink options were very limited—mostly just shots. The grab-and-go snack and drink area was convenient, but prices were extremely high. Parking didn’t feel secure, and the pool area was honestly a bit concerning in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. One unusual feature was the use of a robot to deliver food; unfortunately, it ran into a small child, which is something a human staff member likely would have avoided. Service at the front desk could also use improvement. Staff prioritized phone calls over guests physically waiting at the counter, which felt frustrating. In-person guests should take priority, as callers can be placed on hold briefly. Overall, I’d rate this stay around 3 to 4 stars—some positives, but definitely room for improvement."

"Very basic - Motel 6-type - amenities and furnishings. Construction noise (on the street) into the early morning hours; no internet connectivity (it would work for half a minute then go out) - they told us it was scheduled, but according to the notices, it was for the next day. They told me if I showed up at the front desk the next morning before 7:00 am, I could pay for an additional day of parking. Was not available. Made several calls to front desk and was either told they would call me back and never did, or left me on hold for very long periods. We will not go back. "

"Very clean property. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. The room was nice but not really spacious. Enough room for two people but I think if you had anymore in their standard two Queen room, it would be very cramped. Definitely would stay again, very close to walk in entrance to Disneyland. No breakfast included and parking is very tight but they have valet parking on site 24 hours a day. "
