"The Good: The staff is very friendly Location is to get to Price is good Lobby is clean The bad: Photos on the website are either old or touched up. Arrived to the room and found the door open. I had to make sure nobody was in there before i let my child in there. Location is kinda in a bad area. Located behind a gas station and adult toy store. No extra security lock on door to room. A rod and string can be used from beneath the door to pull down the door handle inside No extra security for window lock on the first floor. Can be easily broken into on the ground level. Hair in the shower Strong air freshener in the hallway. Not sure what smell is trying to hide TV didn’t work/no remote Sink drains slowly Given all the negative items. It’s still a decent place to stay for our night. You just know what you are getting. So for our stay, it was good."

"We stay at this property quite often, it is always very clean. The staff is very competent. Breakfast is good. Property is quiet and safe."

"Budget is as budget does. Glad I didn't pay more than I did. My room was ready when I arrived around 1:00pm but they still charged me to check in early. "It's policy" I was told. I've been part of the hospitality industry for over 30 years and that charge is BS. Also, I reserved an accessible room. The shower barely had room to move. NOT ACCESSIBLE! No grab bars for the toilet. NOT ACCESSIBLE. The TV remote didn't work. I ordered pizza from the attached restaurant. I was told I would be called when it was ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my done pizza before I walked back to my room with it. Again, I understand that I get what I pay for but I've stayed in similar priced accommodations and could be assured of the necessary fixtures for someone like myself with disabilities. Will never stay here again."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Issues i had to contend with included the television remote control did not work. I assume the batteries were dead. Also, the internet was shotty at best. When I was able to access the internet, it was very slow. About 80% of the time I wasn't able to access it at all. I would stay there again due to its location to downtown work activities and social activities. the hotel was clean and inviting, and parking was close."

"Second timing staying in less than a week. Continued to exceed expectations. Staff is wonderful. Room is clean. Pet fee very high $50, and no poop bags. I bring my own so that wasn’t a problem. I’m used to paying $25."
