"Arrived after midnight, well received. Room was cold blankets were brought to us immediately. The walk to the hotel from bags claim was a challenge Especially with seniors and their bags. Breakfest was exceptional. Suggestion accommodations are needed from bag claim Should be included a Or available. "

The refund was never processed and the hotel has not responded to several inquiries. I also had a small (but annoying) charge show up a week after our stay, with no explanation and no response from the hotel. "
