"It was great to be close to the beach, and to be part of a "normal" San Juan neighborhood and close to restaurants and stores. The apartment was basic, clean, with good working appliances and security to get into the building and our quarters. Parking was okay most of the time; we only had to park three blocks away once. Two remotes had dead batteries and replacements for one of them was provided promptly. The other remote needed a small/short battery; we never got that replaced but survived...
