We arrived late Friday evening and checking in the attendant said, “I knew this would happen we are overbooked and your room isn’t available” and stated I had only paid for 1 night when in fact it was 2 nights and I had the receipt to prove it. I was told we would have to move rooms the second day and they would put us in a very nice room for the night and would offer us something for...

"I had booked this for out of town family who rarely get the beach experience. The staff were so very kind in helping me make this stay for my family so enjoyable and memorable. They absolutely loved the access to the beach! Room was clean with good emenities. We will definitely book this place for out of town guests in the future!"

"First room I paid for which said ocean view with a sofa was just a bed. So then moved to an interior room with a window looking into a conference room. Of course no adjustment to what I paid. But worst was they had no hot water and knew it but don’t tell their guests. What an awful experience!!"
