"The hotel was excellent. Courteous and friendly staff. All were very accommodating . Happy hour was included, also breakfast the next morning. And not the usual ho hum buffet. Omelettes cooked to order. Very nice; I was impressed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Excellent choice. "

"The Front Entrance is not clearly marked. The Address on the Web Site and printed materials is a block away from the valet entrance. I was hot, tired, and frustrated after knocking on 3 or 4 sets of doors along 7th Street before I stumbled around the corner to the valet entrance, which I guess is the main entrance. The pool area was full on Friday mid-afternoon, with 3 or 4 seating areas blocked off as "Reserved". For whom? How do you reserve a seat? I retreated to the lobby in my bathing suit, found a comfortable chair, read for an hour, and then tried the pool area again. Hurray! One lounge was open! But the banquet staff was setting up for a wedding and reception, and after a brief swim, I had to pack up and leave again. So much for a relaxing afternoon by the pool. The room was very nice, sleek, and clean. But a better reading lamp (or two) would have been useful. I had to use the flashlight on my iPhone to review the printed reports I had to read. Over all, the staff in every location were very pleasant and helpful."

"Was worth the low price for the suit room. However the property does not offer a spa(jacuzzi) which it stated they did.. the foot traffic is high and noise level was outrages at all times through the night. Customer service was great at first then became rocky very quick. The rooms were filled up with alot of sketchy people. I dont wabt to addume but many 'single woman which definitely seemed like prostitutes the way they walked around and stood."

"Start off with the warm welcome I received from gentleman working at 3pm. Room was very clean and I needed nothing. Pool was nice and clean. Could shut off heater during daytime. Pool Bar just opening will be great once they have TV and music playing. All you can eat breakfast buffet was nice but should have plain bagels also. Shuttle service to parks was great. Hardly no wait time. Only good things to say about this hotel, also India restaurant in hotel has excellent homemade food. I think I covered everything and hope to come back to Tampa soon and Oasis Bay Suites is definitely where I will stay."
