"I wasn’t pleased with the 20% guatuity when purchasing at the downstairs bar. My ticket went from $56 to $70 and was given a tip slip to tip again for take out service. Was not happy bc I felt robbed. I didn’t tip twice either. "

"This trip was a headache. I purchased a room with two queen beds and a sofa, when I first arrived they couldn’t find my reservation. After waiting about 20 minutes, they checked me in and provided me with a code for the parking garage. The code did not work, I had to go back to the front desk to retrieve a new code. When I finally got upstairs to my room, the room was incorrect! They had me and my family in a room that had one king size bed and a twin pull out bed"

"Rooms were not clean. Lobby looks nice but rest of the property is outdated. Air conditioner didnt work in one room. Rooms down the hallway had water leaking into the hallway carpet. Asked for extra sheets one night and staff left them on the dirty floor outside the room. Lobby bar/restaurant/store very over priced and limited. "
