"Simple furnishings and amenities, but we had a very comfortable mattress and slept great! Very quiet motel with rooms a good distance from the main road through Pagosa Springs. We heard no noise whatsoever from traffic or from the other guests. Manager on site was very friendly and kind and allowed us to leave our car in her lot after checkout while we got some breakfast a block away at the Pagosa Baking Company (highly recommend this spot) and explored the town.
