I loved everything about the hotel; the old charm, the location, and the entire staff. I also loved the size of the hotel; not huge and not too small. You don’t have to worry about the pool being crowded; I love it here. And the rooms are clean, nice and roomy. The location is excellent; waking distance to Bourbon Street, French Quarters, Deanie’s Restaurants , and everything else. You will not be disappointed.

This is a quaint, clean, quiet, cute little hotel that’s right in the middle of the French Quarter. It’s in an old historic building, so don’t expect pristine modern glitz and glamour, but it’s charming, the room is clean, the staff is friendly, and it could not be MORE convenient for getting around the French Quarter. This was my first time in NOLA and this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible and everyone was so friendly. Perfect location to hit Bourbon St!! Thank you guys for the warm hospitality. Southwest changed our flight and we got into NOLA at 8:15 in the morning. When we got to the hotel we expected to leave our bags and head out, but our room was ready!! I will definitely stay here the next time I visit.

The hotel is one block over from Bourbon St and one block up from where things get going on Bourbon St. We were there off season and Bourbon St was under construction so crowds were not as large as usual. We had a room on the street side but could not hear any music or noise. In the morning there was the usual street traffic noise. Room was very large, clean and nicely appointed. This hotel was in walking distance of Bourbon Street and most of the other attractions we wanted to see. The WWII museum was a hike, but was very manageable on foot for the physically fit! The parking spaces were INCREDIBLY tight, but secured behind a gate, which made us feel our vehicle was safe during our stay. We had easy access to our vehicle whenever we wanted, and were free to leave and reenter the garage as we pleased (a big plus!). The concierge gave us some great recommendations...
