"The staff makes up for the outdated rooms. They were very helpful and professional. Super nice. We did have to be moved 3 times because roaches on the bottom floors. I give them a 4 because everyone was super nice and took care of the problem for us.."

"room is dirty , room services only provided by once every 3 days. Bathroom sink is half size like for kids , water easy to come out of sink. There is half glass door of shower room which I never been in other places . Everything just for saving the budget of this hotel and to earn more money for guests. Staff’s general qualification is rude. In general cheap provide according to bad service , that’s it. "

"The photo on the website is a lie—the place doesn't look like that at all. This hotel needs to renovate its rooms and upgrade its toiletries, such as shampoo, soap, etc. These products are of very poor quality, and they only provide one set for all the room's occupants; so, if you are traveling with your spouse, be sure to bring your own bathing supplies. Furthermore, we were not given pool towels on the final night of our stay.The pool bars were not operating."

"Cleaning must be more deep. We found 2 croaches in the bathroom."
