"Nice for the price "

"I have stayed at a lot of affordable hotels lately all over Phoenix and northern Arizona. I wanted to treat my wife to a nice room instead of just basic due to her feeling so much stress and pressure. For the best wife, I had to get the best room possible and I found the Sierra Inn and when I saw the price and details for the 1 bedroom suite, I immediately booked for the next night. Everything that could've gone wrong leading up to leaving to the hotel did. We were in low spirits and instead of the excitement of being in a 500sqft suite vs our usual ~200, we felt "

"Room smelled like cigarettes and urine"

"Breakfast was adequate, but would've been better if they offered toast and boiled eggs. I appreciated the bath mat in the tub. I slept really well, too"

"No problem with the internet, and yes, they were pet friendly. The staff, especially the women, were particularly helpful and friendly. It's a beautiful hotel, and a great location for walking anywhere downtown. I had thought I was getting a MW and Fridge in the room, but there was none. Apparently I just needed to have mentioned that upon moving in, which I did not do. That would have made my stay much easier. I highly recommend it and am grateful they allow pets. Will stay here again if I'm in the area."

"Everything was pretty great! The hot chocolate is my favorite and the beds are comfy. My only complaint was that the hot tub had a strong smell, maybe too much chlorine? "
