Hotels in Southeast Salem

"Although the room was clean, we paid for a suite for a group of four and the room was small, did not have enough towels, the pillows were flat, the fold up bed had little to no cushion and you could feel every wire and metal bar through the cushion. Also the thermostat kept dropping to near 50 degrees."

"This is really a boarding house. The bathroom was dirty , the for if hamburger cooking, and a non secure entry door left us with no choice but to find another hotel for the night. We were told by Brenda the hotel Manager that we would get a refund back from Expedia, but now Expedia says the hotel will not provide the refund to pass on. This hotel is rated at a 6.2, but honestly it can’t be anymore than a 2. The front of the property attracted many groups of homeless people. Not a good experience. I don’t believe Expedia should be listing this an option to stay in Salem "

"Room was clean and amazing! AC worked perfectly. Staff was the best! The people outside near my car did not make me feel safe. Had to wait to check out due to weird people being by my car. "

"Clean room. Refrigerator was not turned up and cold. Multiple rooms that way. Inconvenient due to my medication needed to be refrigerated. Also our food. Smelled marijuana on our arrival and again in the morning in our room. Good breakfast. Also did not get the room we booked through Expedia, no jetted tub."
