We could not figure out where the odor was coming from the desk attendant came and smelled it too. He had nowhere else for us to stay so we had to keep the room as it was. "My toddler and I had a great stay at the Chart House Hotel. The pool and outdoor area was really nice and well-maintained, and the entire property was very clean. The staff stood out as especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the biggest advantages is the location — it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and Pier 60 and a 30 minute drive to Tampa International Airport, which made travel easy. The only downside was the on-site restaurant, which wasn’t great. That said, it wasn’t a big issue since there are plenty of good dining options nearby within a short distance. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again for the cleanliness, location, and excellent service."

"Rugs were dirty that my white socks turned black! Room view of the bay was terrible it had a huge air condition unit in the way of the view! It also made load noises that kept my wife and I up all night! I would not recommend doubletree to any of my family or friends! We were promised a suite with a patio that the person at the desk said they did not have suites with patio’s!"
