"The staff is great! "

"We travelled as a family with seniors, parents and young children. We came at a less busy time (mid December) and it was very peaceful. We had no trouble finding seats by the pool. There were activities for both children and adults. We appreciated the children's pool and play area. The restaurants and buffet offered a variety of choices with excellent food. I am celiac and staff were very helpful in accommodating with gluten free options. All staff we encountered were friendly, efficient and helpful. Thanks for a great vacation!"

"We had the BEST time! Secrets is an incredible resort with so many amenities. I’d like to give a few shout outs to some of the staff that made our trip so memorable. Narciso checked on us every single day by the pool to make sure we were being taken care of and were satisfied with our cabana. Charlie (Carlos) our hibachi chef was SO MUCH FUN! We had the best time at dinner and his fun personality made the experience even better! Diana was also absolutely amazing and made sure we had the best time. She also helped us make a reservation to the hibachi restaurant the day after we took our engagement photos and that was so nice! Angel took care of us by the pool and he never let our drinks get empty! He has an amazing personality and is so funny! Overall we had the most amazing time and it’s all thanks to your staff! They are what makes Secrets so special! Five stars, 10 out of 10! We will absolutely be back! "

"I would definitely recommend Decameron to anyone. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience truly enjoyable. great, friendly and accommodating to needs. "I had the most amazing time at this resort. The service is outstanding and nothing I’ve ever experienced before. They made me feel special every single day as I was there on a solo vacation celebrating my birthday. The butlers and managers are exceptional. Victor and Sergio are awesome. I believe they’re are managers. So personable and welcoming. I had the pleasure of Jonathan, Lidia, Daniel, and Elvis as butlers for the few days I was there, and all extremely helpful and attentive. I was sad to leave but I will be back every year no doubt about it. The food was 10/10. Service 20/10. Worth every penny. Book!!"
