"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and we were even given a room upgrade upon check in. The only down sides were that the elevator button was broken on our floor, so we had to wait for someone taking the elevator up, in order to go down to the lobby. Our handheld shower also didnt work and the jets in one of the poolside jacuzzis also did not seem to be working. Overall the property felt clean and well maintained minus the few minor things mentioned above. Food was incredible!! So many options, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs every day."

"Sandos is a beautiful all-inclusive property with a warm, welcoming staff that goes above and beyond to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Pros: incomparable views of botht the Pacific and Marina, ideal proximity to downtown and the Marina, great rooms, welcoming staff. Cons: food is not gourmet, with the exception of breakfasts, lacking in variety and flavor, room service takes upward of 45 minutes, lines at breakfast get pretty long, my tv did not work properly. Overall, a good value for a great location and facility!"
