"I was beyond excited for this trip and experience since we had chosen to pay for a upgraded beach view room and from the beginning we were given a different room as well kicked out from our own hotel beach area due to “ chairs being pre- reserved “ when they had no indication of being taken or reserved. Then when I talked to the man the said they were for the public so I was given many different answers. Then our first time ordering drinks from our hotel staff we got overcharged and were not given a clear explanation on why so we chose not to make it a big deal since it was our first hours on our vacation so I’d say this place left a really bad taste I NEVER WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. I hope others don’t get played with these games as well. Such a shame"

"Had no no view to the beach the AC was perfect. Excellent but the elevator needs some adjustments is not working properly. The sensors on the door almost knocked us down twice and I have an artificial knee so that does not help. !! There was no no ice available at the hotel we needed to go down to the restaurant Si Señor PS most of all no hairdryer on a crazy humidity 99 100% we need a hairdryer other than that the staff was excellent. The front desk was awesome. We had a great time. Would like to come back but we do need ice in the rooms so we could have some cold drinks. "

"Overall, a very good value for a comfortable room with a view, two good pools and nice restaurant. What could be better would be if they had an in-room safe that could be programmed and water provided daily to guest rooms. To use the safe required going to check-in and requesting a key and to obtain bottled water required purchasing water either from the hotel restaurant or from a local market."

To the staff's credit, they fixed the leak promptly once notified. However, I also dealt with a persistent ant problem in the bathroom. Although management stated they fumigated, the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. **Service & Access Issues** The most significant frustration—and the primary reason for this rating—was the lack of guest access cards. My roommate and I were forced to share a single card because the hotel had "run out." We were assured that 24/7 front desk coverage made a second card unnecessary, but this was not the case. One evening, I returned while my roommate was away and found the desk completely unattended. I was locked out for nearly an hour, which was a deeply disappointing and inconvenient experience. **Final Thoughts** While the staff is responsive to immediate repairs like leaks, the combination of pest issues and the failure to provide reliable property access was unacceptable. If you are traveling with others, ensure the property can provide adequate keys before checking in to avoid being stranded."
