Jenn and Jack were amazing, we asked about places to see in Belfast and they both told us about a sightseeing tours to check out the city.. Such a delightful experience. "Shower basin was dirty, sofa bed although made up as a double had a single duvet cover in a double sheet. We requested this be changed at 10am and it still wasnt done at 10pm. Had to phone reception a second time to rectify. Staff sorted quick after second call. There was a hair tie on the floor on arrival making me think it hadnt been hoovered. Breakfast was fair. Bacon was very fatty and not very appetising. Both mornings there was no chocolate sauce for waffles. Food was hot and plentiful. Staff in general were lovely and helpful."
