"The breakfast might be amazing but I wouldn't know because as soon as it opened there were no plates or silverware . Also only having 3 elevators and no stairway access it takes 45 mins to get an elevator that isnt full. Also meal seating was a huge issue and it is obvious that the head chef and hotel staff do not work well for the benefit of guests. "

"They gave me a storage room. And I still have not got my refund back from this hotel. I couldn’t even stay at the location because it was in a dangerous area. The staffing was horrible and he did not help the situation at all"

After some back and forth, they suddenly had a suite available. The room itself was dirty. The bathtub was stained blue. There was used soap with hair on it. The couch had stains on it. "
