"Hello, I would like to report that the room is very dirty. The bed sheets smell like they were previously used by other people and they were not properly made. There is a lot of dust on top of the furniture, and the bathroom is also dirty. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. I would appreciate if this could be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you."

"So the Staff was very friendly! Room was clean but no water pressure and bathroom shower area was in need of some repairs. The wash machine worked but no dryer, we had to pay to go to a laundromat, we also could not use the printer as it was not working either. So we had to pay to go to staples and use their computer and printer. So i ranked hood because room was clean staff was friendly, otherwise it would of been ok due to the lack of working amenities "
