"Very nice hotel pretty close to Bush Gardens I would stay there again "

"So many issues with our room, most importantly the main door that wouldn't lock and would allow anyone to walk in without a key. Room in general and mattress were very dirty, lights didn't work, etc. Staff seemed to not be very motivated to get the items remedied. Hilton Honors text concierge was pretty unresponsive for most of the stay. Wife was very disappointed and stated we won't be staying at Hilton DoubleTree properties in the future."

"The door to our room was hard to closed it looked like someone previously tried to kick it in"

"You get what you pay for. We stayed there for a Yankees game but surely we won't stay there in another time."

"This hotel is adjacent to a runway and there is no peace to be had while staying here. The hotel is in very poor condition, and rundown. Scary place to stay!!"

"Left behind a bag of clothes and realized it when I got home and was putting everything away out of my luggage. Called the hotel and they said they didn’t find anything. Called back the next day and was told the same thing. Obviously they kept it. Whoever cleaned my room after I departed took it and nothing was done about it. Not honest people!"
