"We didn’t actually get to go due to my disabled son being in hospital with mental health. I held back hoping that I was going to get a break away but emailed the hotel the Friday evening before our stay. It’s been difficult to call due to supporting my son. I have had no reply from the hotel to acknowledge my email and for a 5 star hotel I think it’s disgusting and I am very disappointed. I have stayed here once before as a treat and was looking forward to going again but unfortunately these things happen."

"First impression was that the public areas are presentable, and the check in was quick with extremely friendly, welcoming staff. However the rest of the hotel is very dated and needs some attention. The room was very warm and windows did not open, which would be an issue in the warmer summer months. It was however clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location."
