"We had an almost 9 hour connection time and it was super nice to have this hotel and at a reasonable price. Being inside security is a huge benefit as you can relax until the last minute, accounting only for walking time to the gate. The room was nice and roomy but we did notice that the AC did not remove all of the humidity so it was a bit damp and thus also difficult to get a good temperature. The amenities are also a bit sparse e.g. no vanity kits but still decent."

"We took taxi from Airport where taxi driver tried to overcharge us for 10 minutes trip. Shuttle back to airport was provided on time and driver/manager of the hotel was very polite and helpful"

"This is my second stay at Atibaia Residence Resort. The first time I stayed in November 2024, and this time it was July 2025. I loved it here so much, that I had to come back. The food is delicious and plenty. Water, drinks, and cocktails are plenty. The Lazer entertaining staff is always there to do activities and entertain the guests. They're very children oriented with a lot of children activities. They are also dog friendly. I saw people with small dogs. There are poop bags available on the premises. The place is very clean and well maintained. Deserts are delicious. You can't ever get hungry, because the food is always available and the variety is great. They have a big gym, that I was visiting before breakfast. There are several warm pools options: outdoor pools, children pools, pool with and a heated inside pool and sauna. "
