"Staff were very friendly. Head of house gave us a fabulous Welcome. The accommodation and eating area was spotless, which is very surprising for a dog friendly Inn. Sports bar was a lovely addition to entertain us, on our one night stay."

"Staff , reception and welcome along with a comfortable room and en-suite excellent. Our disappointment was that it was a little too far away from Appledore for us . We believed we could walk to Appledore in 15 minutes . Yes , if the tide is in and you catch the ferry. Our hearts sank on arrival as the whole frontage of the inn had scaffolding giving the impression the inn was closed completely. Our agent didn’t warn us of this … In the end we enjoyed our time at the wayfarer inn."

"Lovely room with a fantastic bath and shower in the bathroom. In the bedroom there is a huge tv which you can move the angle of the screen so that you can view comfortably from either the bed or small sofa, the tv even had a fire stick which we really appreciated. The heating was just right too, not too hot or too cold. Fabulous central location and free on road parking about 10 min walk away. Jonah the owner is lovely and checked we had everything we needed, he even let us check in early. "
