"The room was really clean, it had enough space for the 5 of us to be comfortable. We really enjoyed the amenities (kitchen utensils and laundry machines). It made our stay relaxed because we had everything we needed. Location is great. Customer service was great. The view was pretty at night. We will come back again!"

"We were a family staying and had an upgrade to the Victorian Suite. The entire hotel felt like stepping back in time if you like shows like Downton Abbey you will love this place. Our room was huge and the high ceilings made it feel even more spacious, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Melbourne. While we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant we did get room service and the meal was delicious. I loved...
