"Probably the best location in Osaka. Connected to Takashimya, Sky o and Namibia station - all accessible from within the hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Love the breakfast. Plenty of vegetarian options. Great restaurant options around. My fourth visit to Osaka and fourth stay at Swissotel. Don’t think will ever look to change the hotel for future stays. "

This hotel meets all my expectations especially for the room laundry (my room type), free drinking water for every floor, happy hour for soft drinks in 3F and bathing place in 4F.
