"Probably the best location in Osaka. Connected to Takashimya, Sky o and Namibia station - all accessible from within the hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Love the breakfast. Plenty of vegetarian options. Great restaurant options around. My fourth visit to Osaka and fourth stay at Swissotel. Don’t think will ever look to change the hotel for future stays. "

"Excellent location. Can’t get any closer to shin-Kobe station. Has underground grocery and 100 yen store. Nunobiki falls and the Herb Garden are right around the corner. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and even helped us reserve dinners and tickets to events."

"Very spacious, comfortable room with balcony and superb view of Kobe Harbor. Reasonable cost, only 2/3 the amount charged by a similar luxury hotel in Nagoya that provided a smaller room. The vast lobby, with waterfall and decorative pool, add even more to the feeling of elegance. Highly recommended."

Not only is it conveniently located in front of the park, but the rooms are huge, their staff are always courteous, kind and welcoming, & there’s drinking water and laundry on the floor. There are many eating options steps away, as well as convenience stores, coffee houses and Shake Shack right outside. Cost was very affordable!!"

"We enjoyed the excellent service from Keihan Universal Tower. The check-in & check-out procedure is smooth. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is perfect for my kids bath together. The location is perfect for Universal Studios and there is a Family Mart just downstairs. We will definitely visit again if we go to Universal Studios Japan next time. "

"I stay 12 nights in this hotel and have great experience here. I visit Japan twice a year and stay various hotels before. This hotel meets all my expectations especially for the room laundry (my room type), free drinking water for every floor, happy hour for soft drinks in 3F and bathing place in 4F. The location is also very convenient for Kansai travel. The hotel also near big supermarket and sopping stores. Anyway, I do have fun during this periods. Hope to visit again or this hotel in other...
