"Numa had the wrong mobile number for me so its text with the check-in code was returned undelivered. However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room. However, their rep at the hotel was amazing - very calm, patient and considerate and could not have done more for us. Once we had access, our room was really lovely, clean, airy and well-furnished. "This is a budget hotel, very central. Rooms equipped with bare minimum for your stay ( towels, bedlinen, hairdryer). Very nice buffet breakfast served till midday. There is also a bar, so you can have a drink before bed. You can walk to Alexander Platz, but be aware it is 4 stops by tram. "
