"We enjoyed our stay very much. We were charmed by the warren-like hallways, the wide open windows in our room, and the tiny elevator, although we used the stairs most of the time. We didn’t partake of the breakfast buffet but it looked good. We had none of the issues we read about in other reviews; no smell, mild, no nothing. Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view. The staff was lovely to us. The hotel was perfectly situated to walk to all of the sites a tourist would want to visit. Everything was within a 15 minute walk. The single complaint we had was that many students hang out on the steps in front of the hotel and they leave cigarette butts and bits of trash behind. All in all, we would definitely stay again. "

"Overall: 9/10. Location: 8/10; Amenities: 10/10; Communication: 10/10 Well-appointed apartment with kitchen facilities. I would have appreciated a basic chair, but my spouse really enjoyed the spa lounger! There were bar-style chairs. We didn’t avail of the spa facilities but those that do would find that a big bonus. Kitchen facilities were great. Well located in a quiet neighborhood with access to the bus service and nearby Tabacchi shops to buy bus tickets. We were given fresh towels and coffee every day, and our room was tidied up. There’s also a Coop grocery store nearby. Would definitely recommend!"

"Very clean and spacious room and clean bathroom, Very quiet and a 30minute walk from the main train station and most of the the attractions in the city. There was a nice continental breakfast too and the room was made available early for checking in as we had arrived earlier than expected. There were a number of restaurants and cafes nearby "

"Exquisite Hotel in a perfect location almos! Hidden on a quiet street, yet only 5 min to the Duomo and city center. The rooms are all different and impressive in their own right. If you want a bit of historic art, request the one with the original frescos! Best of all was Dario, who took the time to give us (and write down) all top choices of museum, restaurant, gelato and shopping in the city. He couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. I will 100% stay here again in the future. "

"If you don’t mind stairs this is the place for you. They are in the third floor with no elevator! When we got there no one could help us lug our suitcases up all the stairs. The day we left, the nice young lady working there would have helped us. I was okay with the place as it was walkable into downtown Florence. But my friend has knee issues and had a very hard time with it. "

"Strictly spoken not too much equipment to cook, but I was in no need of that. Big supermarket nearby. Not too many restaurants in vicinity of the place, but on the other side quit place and superb backyard. I will for sure come back"
