"This property unfortunately has management issues. We had booked in advance, and once we arrived, we were told there was an overbooking so one of us had to sleep on the floor, and the other took someone else’s previously claimed bed (as instructed to do so). Because of this, we were upgraded to a private room for what was supposed to be the rest of our stay, but were then moved back down to the dorms just 2 nights later (which turns out, was overbooked again). "Property was as advertised. Location is extremely convenient for those wishing to stay in and around Itaewon district or to travel to other areas within Seoul. Property was clean and would be a good fit for those with a larger group staying together (3-5 persons). Overall 4/5, would stay at this property again. "

"We stayed here to be close to Goyang Stadium where Coldplay was performing. It was a 12minute walk to the stadium which was PERFECT after the show. The room was incredibly nice and we got a corner room with a wrap around balcony which was a nice surprise. Would absolutely stay here again if I were visiting Goyang!"

"Conveniently located in Incheon, easy to take train to all the direction specially to downtown Seoul like Jongno. The I stayed is relatively small but really clean in terms of bed bath room towels etc. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast, more like Korean style, it's a tasty clean nutrition oriented breakfast. "This hotel is spectacular and I will book it again next time I am in Seoul. I travelled solo. The location is perfect, surrounded by stores and cafes. Yet it is quiet. It is also very close to the metro, but and airport limousine. The room was great for me as a solo traveler. Very clean and staff was very kind. You can access the pool once a day, and it is a lovely pool, don’t miss it. They also have a laundry room and at their reception you have great space to hang out with others."
