This hotel is a gem. It is a first class hotel and treat you like family. Everyone is friendly, helpful, engaging and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very roomy, the bathrooms are bigger than most hotels and the amenities in the bathroom are first rate. I love this hotel, I stay here every time I come to Prague and am always blown away by how kind the staff is. Central to all Prague has to offer too. Definitely stay here if you’re planning a trip!

Great hotel rooms and breakfast was outstanding. A little out of the way from center city, but the tram gets you there in less than 8 minutes.

This is the absolute best stay in Prague for a couple. Passionate hotel staff provided us with welcome drinks, went over the city map, and made us dinner reservations (including Michelin star) for the next 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible to many landmarks. Staff is courteous and very professional. Room was immaculate and housekeeping was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again. Excellent hotel.

Had an "attic loft deluxe double room" which was very spacious, ample and well designed cabinets and all expected amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet with great service. Reception staff was very welcoming and provided good recommendations for yours and dinner.

Convenient walking distance to many of the sights in prague. The free walking tour is a plus. I had an upgrade that they did not honor which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. It was a great property with very accomodating and friendly staff

Great location in the heart of the Old Town but in a quiet nook away from tourist traffic. Warm, attentive staff, from receptionists to breakfast crew. Excellent breakfast with a variety of foods from eggs and sausages, beans and veggies to yogurt and homemade pastries. La estancia muy agradable! El desayuno muy delicioso y variado solo lo único que no le daría 10/10 es que el baño tenía hongo en unas partes de la pared de la tina y muy alta para poder meterse a bañar, todo lo demás excelente las camas y almohadas muy confortables.

This was a nice hotel with decent size rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. They daily breakfast buffet was also nice. The only thing I didn NOT like about this hotel was the fact that there is a casino attached to the main entrance of the hotel. The smell of cigarettes is pretty obvious and annoying. It even smells like cigarettes inside the hotel's elevator that is on the same side as the casino.

I booked this hotel based on ratings on Expedia and Tripadvisor. When I arrived, I was greeted with drinks and a tour of the hotel, as well as a detail introduction of attractions and activities in Prague. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill that looks down on the picturesque view of old town Prague. From the hotel, most attractions are within 20-30 min walking distance.
