"Parking was very easy, the shower didn't get hot enough so we didn't say anything because we were rushing. Breakfast is good should be cheaper for $20 buffet. Kids under 13 shots eat for free is my opinion! Very nice people clean rooms! Should be at a cheaper price but I did enjoy my time"

"The Airport Shuttle they need to said only for Midway Airport not for O’hare. That’s why I reserved this hotel because is included the airport shuttle. The day I arrived to the airport they can’t pick me up because the hotel shuttle doesn’t go to that Airport. It’s was my first time in Chicago I need to take the train take 2 hours to get the hotel. Please specify which airport the hotel do the shuttle."

"The hotel and surrounding area were nice. It was very clean, room was comfortable and I enjoyed the shower. My only complaint would be the road outside the hotel … very loud and you could hear it all night long. "

"The room was alright, definitely not worth the $258 I paid, for a king size room, the bathroom was small, the water pressure was poor, the bed was okay, a bit more springy then I would like, the ac unit worked alright, but barely could adjust the temp, honestly kicked the blankets off since it was still warm in the room. This place doesn't take any outside kind of payments, so if you choose to pay through Expedia they wont accept it, you'll have to pay in person. Also if you have chime, they wont accept it. Overall this hotel is okay, if I needed a place to stay for A NIGHT, it would be okay, not happy about the price whatsoever, but it was a place to stay at least."
