"Hotel was very clean, but it just wasn’t comfortable. Beds were hard and sheets were rough. Bathroom door was opaque and offered no privacy and didn’t block any light from entering bedroom, shining directly on anyone who may be sleeping. Just didn’t feel comfortable. Won’t stay here again. "

"As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by the friendliest staff. Everyone had smiles on their faces. Each one of them were very welcoming and informative. They told us about the restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of room. My husband and I were celebrating our 21st Anniversary and was given a complimentary breakfast. Great location. Beautiful views of downtown and the harbor. Definitely going back! 😊"

"The staff were lovely. Beds were just okay (comfort). We had trouble with the tv multiple times and needed support to reset the tv which was tricky at times (they said bandwidth issues). Wonderful breakfast."

"We’ve stayed here many times, and the service is always exceptional! Kind, prompt, professional, and everyone genuinely seems happy to be working there. Immaculately clean. Breakfast is always good and the upgraded kitchen in the suite we stayed in was better than my kitchen at home!"

"The rooms are tiny and the beds are not very comfortable. We were on the street side of the hotel and the traffic noise was very loud starting at 4:45 a.m."
