"Right next to subway - perfect location out of the centre"

"I didn't love my stay here. When I arrived, there was a pile of dirty laundry from the previous stay forgotten in the room. After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. Later in the day, it got quite warm and I realised the A/C wasn't working at all and had the same experience of generic questions from another agent. "The property was in a good location during the day, there is the opportunity to see real Vienna being out the city center. Arriving at night as a solo female traveller wasn't ideal in this area, it feels very dark and the streets are extremely quiet. Its a good 10 min walk from the train station so google maps its essential. The appartment was easy to access with the information given by the host, it was very clean and had everthing you would need for a comfortable stay self catering. "
