"My go to hotel when staying in London. A short walk from the tube station. A large hotel with bar and dining options, plus a coffee bar. It can get busy at times in reception but all staff are efficient and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and quiet. I look forward to my next stay."

Holiday Inn London - Kensington High St. by IHG

"I had a very frustrating experience with the front desk regarding my IHG membership. I booked through Expedia, and after speaking with both Expedia and IHG, both confirmed that the hotel should be able to add my IHG membership number to the reservation. However, the hotel staff were unpleasant, unhelpful, and unwilling to cooperate. They simply kept saying it was “not their policy” and that they could not make any updates to the reservation. As a result, I lost IHG points for 2 rooms over 4 nights, which is a significant loss. The lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and unwillingness to assist made the experience even worse. Overall, the front desk staff were very unhelpful and uncooperative, and the housekeeping issues were unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience."

"Our family stay at Residence Inn by Marriot Kensington, London May 8-12, 2026 was a wonderful experience. The staff and service are Outstanding! attentive, professional, polite, helpful and truly service-oriented. Rooms & facilities are very good. The Tesco supermarket is 3 minutes walking distance - it's super convenient & perfect for groceries, desserts etc. Earls court underground station is a 10 minute walk. One of the best 'value for money' properties we've enjoyed in a long time. A very special appreciation for Manager, Laust Anderson and hotel staff Joseph for making our stay truly memorable as well as to front desk staff Saif, Matin and Bianca. Looking forward to staying at this property again when visiting London. "
