"We are a couple visiting from Canada. We liked this small hotel. Nice outdoor space. Neighbourhood hotel away from the tourist congestion. Shuttle to the metro so you can get anywhere. 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. Didn’t have a great checkin experience. We booked a deluxe room. We were put into a 1 st story room at the back facing the dumpsters. When I told them the room description said City or Garden view they moved us. They said we could only get a 1st floor room. The view from the room we ended up with was okay. View was partially blocked by an elevator shaft. Inside the room was nice. I have never experienced this type of floor restriction before. Not sure if it was communication error or if it was because it was booked through Expedia. My experience has been deluxe room is better than standard and a higher floor. Having said all this I would recommend this hotel and using Expedia to book it."

"Great location, close to the airport. Loved the outdoor pool. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I chose the hotel because it had free parking advertised. The biggest downside - Parking was expensive on site, because we arrived late there were no free parking spots left in the lot."

"I would definitely come here again. It's located near the Vatican...10-15 minute walk ...tops. Great staff, nice breakfast, will arrange a taxi for you. My room felt warm and muggy most of the time. "I've been to Rome many times and the staff here have to be the nicest, friendliest and most helpful team I have ever come across in all of Italy. We stayed in one of the Annex buildings which was right near the Spanish Steps. Great location. Beautiful very large room with a large newly renovated ensuite with double shower and double sink vanity. Upmarket room. Our bags were taken and collected from our room back to the main hotel entrance and a luxury car ordered to take us to the port. We could not have been happier. 10 out of 10. Will stay here again next time we come back."
