"The staff was so accommodating, very helpful, and just so nice in general. They also either own or have a great working relationship with the restaurant downstairs, Coming Out. We went twice as the food was great and the staff was awesome AND you got a 15% discount! To top it off, it’s right across from the Colosseo. Lastly, they allowed us to store our luggage even though we had already checked out. I would highly recommend this place!"

"Great kids pool, facilities, shower rooms, activities for children are all day and free, plus kids club. Entertainment all night, music, small fair rides, supermarket, restaurants etc... Great for families and you can bring your pet. Only issue we had was we arrived late and the Aircon wasn't working. So we needed to chase down the maintance worker as they weren't coming to fix the problem until 3am. But other than that it's brilliant."
