"Incorrect address this is not an airport hotel. Booked this specifically due to distance to the airport as I had multiple long haul flights booked. The address states it is in terminal 2 so when trying to find the hotel after a long journey could not find it. Ended up getting cash out to go to the taxis to try and get help if they knew where the hotel was (which was also very difficult due to the language barrier) and because the actual correct address of the hotel was not listed. Got took to another sister hotel and told this is the wrong one. Then had to pay for another taxi to get to this hotel. Very exhausting and not what you need. When got to the actual hotel the room type was incorrect, which was sorted by the hotel staff and the room changed to the correct type but still not ideal when already had this bad impression by the incorrect address. The actual hotel is about 15-20mins drive from the airport. The address needs to be changed as it is false."

"Great new rooms, great staff and Great location"

"This is a fabulous, modern hotel. The rooms are really big and well designed with amazing views. It is well located for the main expo centres (of which there are lots!), including the Canton Fair. If you feel adventurous, it is a short 4.5km walk along the Pearl River to the Canton Tower. A great way to walk off the fabulous Chinese food available everywhere. Conveniently located 250m from Xingangdong Metro Station - very easy to get from the airport by metro (make sure you buy the 3 day tourist ticket for RMB50)"
